This 24G microwave radar sensor is exclusively tailored for both
turbine hard fast doors and simple hard fast doors, addressing the
unique operational needs of these heavy-duty access solutions. Its
24G microwave technology delivers strong anti-interference
performance—effectively resisting signal disruption from the metal
components of hard fast doors and harsh industrial conditions
(dust, vibration, temperature swings from -25°C to 70°C). Equipped
with two relay outputs, it enables dual functional control: one
relay directly triggers the door’s fast open/close cycle, while the
second integrates with external systems (e.g., access control,
safety alarms) for seamless workflow coordination. A key highlight
is its 12–36VADC wide voltage range, which adapts to diverse
industrial power supplies (no need for additional voltage
converters) and ensures stable operation even in
power-fluctuation-prone environments. Compact and easy to mount, it
fits the installation spaces of both turbine and simple hard fast
door models without structural modifications.

1. Car Detect Only / People Detect Only
- Detection Mechanism: The radar distinguishes between pedestrians and vehicles by
analyzing characteristics such as speed, frequency, reflective
area, and movement patterns.
- Dual Relays: The radar has two relays that manage pedestrian and vehicle
signals separately. Parameters can be set to deactivate one relay,
allowing the radar to detect either vehicles only or pedestrians
only.
2. Horizontal Filtration
- Detection Area Limitation: By restricting the detection area, the radar effectively filters
out interfering signals from other directions, such as objects
moving in neighboring areas.
- Lateral Movement Exclusion: The radar will not trigger when pedestrians and vehicles move
laterally across the door, reducing the chance of false triggering.
3. Longitudinal Orientation Recognition
- Movement Detection: Similar to horizontal filtration, the radar can recognize the
movement of objects in both forward and backward directions.
- Adjustable Functions:
- A: Detects only forward movement.
- B: Detects only backward movement.
- C: Detects both forward and backward movement.
4. Setting by Remote Control or Mobile App
- Remote Control: Allows for quick and responsive setup.
- Mobile App: Offers a simple and intuitive interface, though saving data via
Bluetooth may require 30-45 seconds due to transmission delays.
5. Maximum Installation Height Up to 9m
- Installation Range: The radar can be mounted at heights ranging from 2 to 9 meters.
- Recommended Height: For optimal performance and to avoid accidental contact, it is
recommended to install the radar at a height of 3 meters or more.
